Dr. Brown became the owner of Chili Vision Group in 2009 after first joining the practice in 2006. She loves the opportunity to get to know each patient and help solve their tough vision issues.
She arrived in Rochester in 1991 from her home state of Massachusetts. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1986 and received her Doctor of Optometry at The New England College of Optometry in Boston in 1990.
She completed an optometric residency in hospital-based optometry in 1991 at The Veteran’s Administration Medical Center in West Roxbury, MA, and Brockton, MA. She spent several years in practice before becoming the director of optometry at the Oak Orchard Community Health Center and joining Chili Vision Group.
