Born and raised in Victor, NY, Dr. Lisa Chute received her undergraduate degree at Niagara University in 2012 and her Doctor of Optometry at SUNY College of Optometry in 2017.
Dr. Chute has extensive experience in all aspects of optometry, but she has particular knowledge in treating dry eye conditions. She also enjoys fitting scleral lenses for corneal diseases and managing myopia in kids. She is skilled in managing and treating glaucoma, holds certification to prescribe oral medication for certain emergency situations, and very much enjoys helping emergency patients.
Outside work, Dr. Chute loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets—her dog Bonnie and her cats, Finnegan and Orion. She also loves to travel and is an active participant in a steel-tip dart league.
Prior to joining Chili Vision Group, she practiced in New York City, Pittsford, and at C&R Vision in Victor.
